Our workshops are about enabling individuals to free their creative energy, something that often gets trampled on during our lives. Liberating this energy allows people to reconnect to their inner spirit and feel revived, re-energized and centred. This means that even a day course can give you that mini retreat you need.

All the course facilitators and therapists are hand picked not only for their skills as tutors but for the people they are and the gifts they bring to enrich our lives.

In the calm of this private, rural retreat setting, you will truly find nourishment for mind, body and soul.
